After the ejaculation, the fluid that carries the sperm liquefies and most of it just runs out of your vagina. Your body can not use and does not need that seminal fluid, so it does has to run out at some eventually.
However you may be worried that you are losing this valuable sperm, but according to Doctor Michael Bohrer, MD, endocrinologist with the Reproductive Medical Associates of New Jersey and also a former director of the IVF program at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, says that “The vagina does naturally slope backwards and the most of the ejaculate will be retained.”

What Is Luteal Phase During Pregnancy
Filed Under Main Content | Leave a Comment

Determining Luteal Phase
The term Luteal Phase or the Post Ovulation Time is the amount of time between a female’s Ovulation Time up to the very first day of bleeding of the menstrual period. This is mostly fixed time in almost all women and being around 14 days.
The length of the Luteal Phase could vary by a day or more but for each woman the luteal phase length is exactly the same length of time each month. The average amount of time of the Luteal Phase is around 14 days but some women could have a luteal phase of 15 days and some of 13 but for most women it’s 14 days long. The length of the Luteal Phase is constant even in women that have irregular periods.
For those women that experience irregular monthly cycles, the irregular part is actually the time from the beginning of the cycle (1st day of bleeding) up until the time of ovulation. Once ovulated then the period is guaranteed to start some 13 to 15 days after as long as fertilisation has not happened.

Am I Pregnant
Who knows how soon after conceiving a baby that you can start to have pregnancy symptoms? My period for the month of October started on the 8th and ended on Oct. 12th. My husband and I are really trying to have a child. 2 days ago I started to get sick to my stomach, I felt dizzy, had little headaches, and I am TIRED (I can just barely keep my eyes open), one minute I am hungry and then the next minute I don’t have the desire to even eat and when I do eat my food tastes a little different to me. My question is: Are these the early signs of pregnancy?

Filed Under Symptoms of Pregnancy | 6 Comments
I just found out on Tuesday that i am four weeks pregnant wiht my second. The first time, I didn’t have too many symptoms, mainly extreme exhaustion and loss of appetite. This time, I have bad headaches and fatigue, but so far not as bad as last time. I’m a bit worried because I feel so great! What symptoms did/do you get during pregnancy? When do symptoms usually first start?

What Were Your Earliest Pregnancy Symptoms The Second Time Around?
Filed Under Symptoms of Pregnancy | 8 Comments
With my first pregnancy, which we weren’t trying, I had extremely sore breasts and a missed period.
We have been ttc and I am not due for my period until next week, however I’ve been awfully bloated and my body just aches since we finished trying. I feel like I am, instictually and physically. But those are my only two symptoms. I’m still breastfeeding our 18 month old daughter as well but I’ve had a normal period since she was 3 months old.
How soon do you think I could test? Any suggestions and prior experiences really appreciated!
