Take folic acid and prenatals and fish oils should help thing move faster however if u haven been checked by a Dr I would one of my hormones was a lil high and that was keeping me from getting prego. So hpoe this help good luck and have some BABY DUST!!!

Ok, so there are some foods which produce an estrogen-like effect in the body.
Some examples of these are soy & coffee.
Considering that I am a vegetarian and I have a lot of soy in my day to day diet; can that in any way effect my fertility?
Would it make it easier/harder to conceive or have no effect whatsoever?
I was just curious.

My doctor told me to be extra carefule because both metformin and byetta increase fertility immensley. I am wondering if it increased the chance of getting pregnant, or the amount of eggs released. and any other information you may know about fertility and these medicines. Thanks!
