Trying to get pregnant can be difficult. Couples often ask themselves “How can we improves our chances of conceiving?” In fact, very few couples conceive on the first try.

Ensure you are having sex regularly on your “most fertile days” during your menstural cycle. Try and cut caffeine out of your diet altogether. This includes coffee, tea and cola drinks. If you cut these out you are giving your body an better chance to absorb iron therefore reducing the risk of stillbirth.
