Pregnant With Panic/Anxiety Attack

The connection with your baby during pregnancy is deep. The same thing your baby feels you feel, and vise versa. I have 5 suggestions to help stop panic attacks for both you and your baby.

5-Pregnant With Panic Attack Tips

1. Stop worrying, you need to pay close attention to any reasons that make you worried or fearful. You should learn to feel or sense your thoughts and if they are being overly negative. Learn how to shift your thoughts to the positive, worrying never helps it only causes problems.

2. If you feel an anxiety or panic attack coming, right away stop what you are doing, get up and go for a walk, or sit and concentrate on your breathing. Breathe deep and slow your breathing down. This scientific method is great, concentrate especially on your out breath, exhale through your mouth and with a gentle “haaa sound.

3. The 3rd suggestion is to use the distraction method. Here is what you do, get your mind off and completely away from destructive and unhelpful thoughts you are experiencing, place your mind somewhere totally different.

Pick up a phone and call a friend, or turn on the t.v. and watch a happy movie or program, or even play your video games,  Distraction is the key, and your mind and body will honestly take care of itself, to stop panic attacks during pregnancy.

4. Take a walk outdoors in the middle of nature. You will spend quality time, just you and your unborn baby. This little gentle excercise will really help with your panic attacks, think of the fresh air, the change in scenery, and walking, these positive steps help to reduce any anxiety or panic attacks.

5. Laugh! This might seem unimportant to help with panic and anxiety attacks, but a sure-fire way to lessen your panic attacks is to come up with more reasons to laugh, or laugh even more. Watch a funny movie, go to a comedy club, or think back on a funny experience in your past. If I want to laugh, there are 3 or 4 very funny memories I have that always makes me laugh, I play the experience like a movie in my head and I get a laugh.

Let me tell you that if you are pregnant with panic attacks, there is a root cause, there is always a root cause, find out this root cause and work on that to stop panic attacks during pregnancy.
