I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo on my hip bone are…right below my stomach but I feared that when I become pregnant it will get stretched out and will turn ugly.. I dont want to have a messed up tattoo. Any advice?

My best friend is pregnant and wants a tattoo. The doctor said its okay as long if she doesnt stress out about them or anything. But my main question is will the parlor refuse to tattoo you? Is it a law or anything?
