Here Are Some Home Remedies To Get Pregnant Tips:

Woman Pregnant From Using Home Remedies
Their is one thing that sure can be even more frustrating than being a parent, and that is trying to become one and having no success. Surprisingly one in seven couples actually conceive a child, it can be a long and very difficult process and can take at least one whole year and sometimes several years.
Some couples trying to get pregnant are infertile because of some physical problems. But most of the couples are just “under fertile” and are physically able to conceive but they have to nudge the old stork just a little more than usual. Here’s what some experts recommend for home remedies to get pregnant.
Take Some Cough Syrup. Long before we had these high tech tools, many doctors would recommend that women trying to get pregnant take cough syrup that contains “guaifenesin” about four times each day around the time of your ovulation, according to Arthur L. Wisot, M.D., he is a fertility specialist and is affiliated with the Center for Advanced Reproductive Care located in Redondo Beach, California.
And that is still very sound advice, because what guaifenesin does is thins the cervical mucus, thus making it easier for the sperm to swim through to meet the egg.
Do not lubricate with the commercial products. When you have intercourse and need some help, couples often times use one of those commercial lubricants, for instance K-Y jelly. These products can harm your chances of conceiving.
The reason is these lubricants can impair sperm thus making them less likely to reach the egg, claims John Willems M.D. he is associate clinical professor of obstetrics-gynecology from the University of California, San Diego. Also is a researcher at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation-LaJolla. He says that a woman’s natural body lubricants are all you should need.
Use egg whites instead. If a lubricant is what’s needed during intercourse, try the egg white instead of the pharmaceutical lubricant, touts Andrew Toledo-M.D. a fertility specialist and reproductive endocrinologist who is an assistant clinical professor of medicine in the Dept. of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emery University-Atlanta. The egg white lubricant is pure protein, and so is sperm, it makes a much better carrier than the lubricants made from non-protein materials.
If the dryness is really a problem, Dr. Toledo suggests that using egg white lubricant during those days when the female is fertile and regular lubricant the rest of the time. Caution-do not use egg white if you are allergic to them, and make sure you separate the white part from the yolk before you apply it to the penis or vagina.

Monosodium glutamate has been linked up to infertility. Make certain to read the labels on the back of foods. MSG isn’t only in most Chinese foods any longer. It’s in many foods today. As an added note, any kind of preservative isn’t healthy. When you are able to, consume foods without preservatives.
2. Do not eat pesticides.
It sounds apparent but many people do not wash their fruits and vegetables very well. Purchase a veggie wash. You are able to generally get it at Walmart or your local health store. Many supermarkets even sell it now.
Remember, consuming fruits and veggies is a superior way to get a lot of required vitamins and minerals but not if they are laden with pesticides. A different alternative… a much better one… is to purchase organic fruits and vegetables from your local wellness store. It’s pricey but meriting it.
3. Drink fresh vegetable juices such as as carrot juice as much as possible.
Vegetable juices are charged with antioxidants… and studies have evidenced that an increase in antioxidants increases the sperm in men… and consequently increases the the chance of becoming pregnant. True story… there was a man who was told all of his sperm cells were killed a long time ago because of a bad fight with lyme disease in addition to as additional infections he had in his lifetime.
He and his wife tried to have a baby for about 15 years but it looked hopeless. Then he began drinking a lot of carrot juice every day (fresh carrot juice) and after about eight months, he became fertile once again… and had a beautiful fit baby girl. As an added note… this man was 46 years old when he had a baby.
4. Make certain the man eats lots of tomato soup.
A study done in August of 2007 showed that men who ate just one bowl of tomato soup a day boosted their fertility rate by 7 to 12%.
5. Don’t drink tap water… and try not to cook with it as well.
Use distilled water to cook. Most of the time, tap water is filled with fluoride which has been linked to lower fertility rates as well as lower sperm counts.
6. Eat as many green vegetables as possible.
Everyone knows that folic acid is so important for pregnancy… so eat as much broccoli, spinach and asparagus as possible.
7. Steam your vegetables versus cooking them on the stove, grilling them or microwaving them.
Steaming veggies versus cooking them is a a great deal better selection since much a lot nutrients are kept intact when steaming. You are able to buy a steamer at Walmart or any Department store. Today, you can buy steamers that will cook the whole meal for you… as some of them have 3 sections… and you are able to put your chicken in one area (set it for one temperature) and your vegetables in another area (and set them for a different temperature). They’re great because you can just set the timer… and walk away until the meal is done.
8. Stop smoking.
Studies show that you decrease your chance of getting pregnant by 50% if you smoke.
9. Lose weight if you are overweight.
Again, studies show that overweight woman have a harder time conceiving.
10. Stop drinking alcohol.
Studies show that getting pregnant is harder if you drink while pregnant.
How To Get Pregnant By Increasing Fertility
Aug 24th
While we may all be familiar with the specifics of how to get pregnant, few of us know all of the extra little things we can do to increase our chances of a healthy pregnancy.
Some women may have a bit more difficulty than others conceiving, and even those without fertility issues only have a 25% chance of conception with each monthly cycle.
Here are the best ways to increase your chances of becoming pregnant, although if you’ve been trying for more than 12 consecutive months, be sure to start with step number one.
1. See a Doctor
In addition to your family doctor, a reproductive endocrinologist may be able to pinpoint any hormonal problems or imbalances that may be preventing pregnancy.
If you were previously taking oral contraceptives, most doctors recommend waiting at least three menstrual cycles before trying to get pregnant.
2. Avoid Smoking and Alcohol
Besides all of the other numerous health risks associated with alcohol and smoking cigarettes, they may also hinder your chances of becoming pregnant, or if you’re a man, negatively affect your sperm count.
Smoking marijuana may also lower sperm count and reduce fertility rates in both sexes.
3. Exercise
In addition to the overall health benefits of getting regular exercise, it’s also a great stress reliever. Stress has been associated with infertility, and anyone who has looked for helpful ways of how to get pregnant certainly knows the ill effects stress and tension can have on the body.
Exercise also helps the body become stronger to support a pregnancy, and keeps excess weight off, another hindrance when trying to conceive.
4. Eat a Well-balanced, Vitamin-rich Diet
Besides eating a balanced diet, vitamins are crucial for couples who are trying to conceive, and surprisingly enough, vitamin therapy is one form of treatment for infertility. Folic acid is of particular importance for women who are trying to get pregnant, with 400 micrograms being the recommended daily amount.
This form of vitamin B is known to prevent certain types of birth defects referred to as NTD’s, or neural tube defects. After pregnancy occurs, the amount is raised to at least 600 micrograms a day to reduce the risk of birth defects by as much as 70%.
5. Track Ovulation
There are several different ways for women to determine when they ovulate. Use either a home ovulation predictor kit, watch for noticeable chances in cervical mucous, or use a basal body thermometer.
Using the thermometer method, take your basal temperature each morning before rising from bed around the same time each day, and noting a slight spike in temperature. For the majority of women, ovulation generally occurs on or right around the 14th day of their menstrual cycle.
We know that sperm are able to survive within a woman’s reproductive tract for approximately 48 to 36 hours, so having unprotected sex the day of ovulation as well as the days before and after increase the odds of becoming pregnant. If all else fails, there are always other options to try such as fertility drugs, in vitro fertilization, and artificial insemination, among others.
