Take a prenatal vitamen everyday. Try to get hubby to take a multi vitamen too.
Here is the worst thing you could put in yours and hubby’s body.
#1 CAFFEINE = Bad It isn’t good to consume a lot of caffeine if you are trying.

I don’t think eating anything in particular will help you get pregnant!
Zita West’s book “Fertility and Conception” lists “foods” that will apparently help with fertility although I think its nonsense personally.
Just make sure your diet is as healthy as possible so you are in good overall health and take a good prenatal vitamin. This is what seemed to work for us.
The idea that eating certain “foods” will help you conceive is just a bit daft. I really dislike this holistic idea that what you eat will have major effect on the body. Yes if you eat a bad diet it will cause problems but to suggest that eating – tomatoes – say will help you conceive is a bit silly and reminds me of a really primitive sort of medicine.

My wife and I are going to a fertililty specialist and actually going through invitro fertilization next month. Our doctor told me to quit all alcohol and caffiene consumption. He also recommended Vit C, folic acid, and zinc supplements for me. I can say that since we are doing invitro, they didn’t help with the pregnancy any but my sperm count and sperm shape have improved.

For guys increase zinc intake either through supplements or pumpkin seeds etc.
For women chastree is a nutural herb to get your uterus lining ready for implantation.
You could both also go t a naturopath to get you on track.

No such thing exists, its all hype and hearsay. Women with fertility problems will try anything, as long as it takes their mind off their problem and focuses their attention on getting pregnant. If its going to happen it will, if not, its usually genetic.
