I have heard yams for women and figs (i.e. fig newtons) for men! Apparently figs increase the sperm count! Good luck!

I don’t know about foods, but I am into herbal supplements and vitamins.
For Her:
ENTIRE CYCLE:
Vitex
Selenium
Multi-vitamin
Folic Acid
UNTIL OVULATION:
Green tea extract
Eveing Primrose oil
FROM OVULATION UNTIL CD1:
Flax seed oil
FOR HIM, DAILY: zinc, maca, saw palmetto, green tea extract, selenium, folic acid, multivitamin, ginseng, horny goat weed, damiana
Be sure to google all of these herbs, and check several sources to make sure they are right for you, first. Some herbs, for examples, shouldn’t be used by people with certain disorders or ailments, like acid reflux.
Good luck! My fiance and I take all of these things. This is our second cycle trying them.

Maca powder is supposed to be great. It increases libido. I’ve also heard that high vitamin C is good. Like eating oranges everyday might help. Also, high fat dairy is supposed to help with ovulation. But eating healthy anyways is a good way to start. Good luck!
