Trying To Get Pregnant
Does A Diet High In Estrogen Producing Foods Effect Fertility?
Ok, so there are some foods which produce an estrogen-like effect in the body.
Some examples of these are soy & coffee.
Considering that I am a vegetarian and I have a lot of soy in my day to day diet; can that in any way effect my fertility?
Would it make it easier/harder to conceive or have no effect whatsoever?
I was just curious.
thanks in advance =)

Actually, it’s usually the meat eaters that have a higher fertility rate. I think as long as you get plenty of iron, which vegetarians usually lack, you should be fine.
