go to wikipedia or just google yams and fertility. Yams have been used worldwide to increase fertility. I think its said if you eat 2 a day you cabbecome much more fertile.

Make sure you are in a healthy weight range. Eat good nutritious foods from every food group. Full fat milk is good for aiding conception. Exercise regularly. Multi vitamin supplements. Trying not to stress. Stress releases cortisol which can impede fertility. Males should refrain from having hot baths, spas (jacuzzi), long hot showers, wear boxers as much as possible. Both of you should get good restful sleep and try not to get too tired which can impact fertility.
Hope the info helps, I think there are some herbal supplements, just not sure what to recommend.

when i worked as a fitness instructor/nutritionist we had a programme running at our gym called “eat better ,weigh less” but us gym instructos used to jokingly call it the fertility proagramme, every one that was in a relationship ended up pregnant after doing the programme.
all the programme was, was basically educating people on making better healthier food choices and exercising regularly, if your body is not healthy then nature will not allow you to conceive as you will not be able to adequetly sustain a pregnancy.
so….
eat well, IE: anything natural (unprocessed etc) that grows from the ground is good for you usually, especially if you eat it in its most natural form.
beware of serving sizes, IE: a portion is something that would fit into the palm of your hand.
its all pretty basic really, if you eat when you are hungry and eat the stuff that is not tampered with ( fruit, veges, legumes,etc), stop eating when you are full. exercise daily but not to the point of exhaustion, just enough to get a good sweat up and release toxins from your system. pee when you need to pee, sleep when its nights and wake when its day.(as much as possible )
eat a braod spetrum of coulours ( not artificial colours) like reds : tomatoes,peppers,strawberries,raspberrie… carrots, manderins,peppers, pumpkin,sweet potato, green: broccoli,beans,asparagus,avocado,kiwi fruit,spinich,seaweed,asparagus.
etc etc, etc, etc.
i could go on but you get the general idea,
