yeah you should definitely go to a dr now….we tried two years before we went adn I wish I had gone before…anyway in terms of diet, for him he should take vitamin c (1500 mg a day), eat pumpkin seeds and brazil nuts, stop smoking, stop or reduce alcahol consumption, stop any drug use, dont cycle, dont wear tight fitting clothes and have cold showers… for you start taking folic acid and a pre natal vitamin…. but you definitely ahve to go to a dr now so they can be more precise

Yes.. there are a lot of things that could help..
* be fit in the sense idealize your weight
* make love often (the first and foremost thing)
* remember the quality and quantity both are equally important..
* eat healthy food regularly(both of you)
* regular exercises
* try only the apt positions for baby making!!
* reduce stress
* keep yourselves cool and happy
* try going for a holiday
* watch out for your fertile days( if not known apt, don’t fix dates.. just go in whenever u feel so)
* don’t worry too much..
* u will succeed and don’t forget to mail me that happy news..

if you’ve been trying for two years, it’s time to get a consult with a fertility doctor. Aside from the common sense things (not smoking, eating healthy, maintaining a healthy weight, etc.) there’s really nothing you can do.
