Robitussin cough syrup a few hours before sex. (It breaks up mucous in the lungs, AND cervical mucous the same way)
Spouse to drink a coke before. Increases motility of sperm.
Of course, try and have sex during most fertile times, when cervical mucous is of egg white consistency. Every other day is best.

Green Tea, or more times a day, it does work, i know that my sister drank it whilst on the pill, and within 3 weeks was pregnant, then she started drinking it again 1 year later and yes she fell again,

i lost weight and started eating plenty of fruit (i was still on the large side when i fell pregnant) my husband stopped all alcohol as did i. i also reduced tea and coffee drinks and drank herb and fruit teas. we had been trying for almost nine months and had not been offered ivf or anything just told to be healthier.

To be honest since my mother is an herbologist she has some people that she sugested to take Solaray Fertility Blend SP-1 and Red Raspberry Leaves. Mom said that 5/8 people she reccomended it to got pregnant within the 2nd cycle of trying. I listened to her as well, and am taking the same thing. I wont know the results for another 9 days
since I am 5DPO. But I will keep everyone posted! I do have cycts on my ovaries which is common for my family BUT my mother did get pregnant of an herb called Damiana, which is made in Mexico it is in the Fertility Blend I am taking.
