I don’t know about any vitamins, but I have heard that anything with Guaifenesin in it, like Robitussin or Mucinex, thins cervical mucus, increasing the chances of conceiving. I’ve also heard that Green Tea can help.

I don’t know about the agnus castas, no idea what that is. As far as I know the only thing you could take would be a prenatal vitamin. If you have infertilty problem a vitamin is not going to cure them. What a prenatal vitamin will do is get your body nice and ready for a little baby to live in for nine months. It will alos give you the proper nutrients that most women lack from their everyday diet. Folic acid is very important in early pregnancy so if anything go get a Folic acid vitamins.
They are not that expensive and you can get them at walmart. You will want to start taking those immediately. As far as it helping you get pregnant, in a way it does because it makes your body healthy and a healthy women is more like to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnany if she herself is pregnant.
